
GRAINS-OATS
An easy way to get more grains into your diet is oatmeal. You can do your typical oatmeal or a new trend is overnight oats. The great thing about overnight oats is that you can make enough for a week but in an individual serving. There are many great recipes out there, but to help you get a good start, I found a great site called Chocolate Covered Katie. She has 1 recipe but 15 variations to make it easy.

STEPS
Get small jars with lids. Add half a cup raw non instant oatmeal and a pinch of salt. Add half a cup of milk. (Any type of milk) Half a cup of yogurt or add more milk. Sweetener if wanted like stevia. Half cup of fruit. 1-2 tablespoons of nut butter (like peanut butter). You can also add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or hemp seeds. Stir together, and seal. Place in refrigerator overnight. Oats are good for up to five days.
